We provide marketing and business consulting. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this site or in our sessions, mentorship or guides is legal advice or legal representation. Using our services does not create an attorney‑client relationship. For legal advice and for filing your petition, work with a licensed immigration attorney. Where legal services are needed, they are provided by independent licensed attorneys.
Decisions on visa petitions are made solely by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other government authorities. We do not guarantee an approval or any particular result. Past results, including our own case and our clients’ cases, do not predict future outcomes.
Consultations are booked and paid for online through our scheduling and payment providers. The price, duration and any rescheduling terms are shown when you book.
Visa mentorship is provided under a separate written agreement. The scope, term, price and payment schedule are set out in that agreement, and it takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Our guides, templates and other materials are for your personal use in preparing your own case. You may not resell, share or publish them without our written permission. Payment terms for the guides are provided when you request them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide and for the final content of your petition.
All content on this site — text, photos, design and materials — belongs to LLC ANGELAEVA CONSULTING or is used with permission. Third‑party names and logos are shown only to reference publications, competitions and brands and belong to their respective owners. The site is provided “as is”; we try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
